The role of Retail Assistant within this department involves all the duties of a shop operation including receiving and checking deliveries, cleaning and replenishing shelves, serving customers, and delivering the high standards required of this award-winning store whilst maintaining great customer service in a predominantly student-based environment.
The role of Retail Supervisor within this department involves all the duties of a shop operation, stock ordering and planning, staff training, financial management of till systems, liaising with the Retail Manager and University partners and serving customers and delivering high standards of customer service at all times.
