The Retail Services department operates three retail stores on and off campus with the aim to provide the students with the finest quality, best value products and services, served in a stimulating and well-maintained environment.
The role of Retail Assistant within this department involves all the duties of a shop operation including receiving and checking deliveries, cleaning and replenishing shelves, serving customers, and delivering the high standards required of this award-winning store whilst maintaining great customer service in a predominantly student-based environment.
This role is mainly based at our Award Winning, Premier Store, although you may be required to work in one of our other outlets on site in our Library Café or Ninewells Hospital, Dundee as and when required.
This can be a physically tiring and demanding role but working within a great team of regular and student colleagues, so it can also be incredibly rewarding and satisfying.
