Traditional Music

TradSoc is a music group that plays Scottish and Irish traditional music. We welcome all student musicians to come and play with us, whether this is a style of music you have tried before or not. We usually hold practice sessions on campus weekly during term time. On top of our weekly sessions, we regularly play at university events on campus and for ceilidhs around Dundee, as well as enjoying plenty fun concerts and trips linking up with other university trad groups!
