11am: walking tour of campus and city centre, led by Matthew Jarron.
This will start from Tower and end on Campus Green where the Carriage will be and photos will be taken. The tour should last around 1 hour. An invite for this will be extended to the incoming executive.
12.30pm – lunch for Exec and Rector – this will be in Air Bar – soup and sandwiches.

2.15pm – Exec and Rector to meet with Principal and university team (Aileen, Peter, Pamela) in Mr1, where they’ll get their robes and they’ll be briefed for the procession/ceremony.
3pm – Installation Ceremony in Chaplaincy
Ceremony opens with speech from Principal. Followed by a speech from Dimitris. Then formalities take place, and it concluded with an acceptance speech by Keith.
Ceremony is set to finish at 4pm
Andre (DUSA Radio) has agreed to live stream the ceremony and will be at the chaplaincy at 10.30am to meet with the University’s tech team and get set up.
4pm – head back to DUSA
Activities planned:
The Keith Harris drink – token given to students for the non-alcoholic version of the drink.
Booth reserved for Exec and Keith to have food at 5pm
6pm quiz hosted by Exec and Keith.
All to end by 7.30pm
