2026 By Election Results
We are pleased to present the results of the 2026 by-election.
Dundee is taking part in the WWF’s Earth Hour this year. In the lead-up, some of the city’s iconic locations are turning green, before taking part in the worldwide switch-off on Saturday 25 of March at 8:30pm. DUSA avidly supports the movement and stands with millions of people across the globe. We would like to encourage others to switch off their lights to show that they care about the future of our planet.
Switching Off!
The city of Dundee supports Earth Hour by taking part in the worldwide WWF Switch Off on Saturday the 25 March from 8:30-9:30PM.
Iconic locations in the city centre will be switching off their lights, including the V&A Dundee, Dundee Science Centre, Dundee City Council Dundee House, Caird Hall, Slessor Gardens, McManus Galleries and DC Thomson.
Switching off for an hour gives us the opportunity to step back, reflect and take a moment in solidarity. We all need nature and nature needs us to stand up for it every day. By 2030, nature and wildlife could be recovering all around us.Â
Switch off for your world on Saturday 25 March at 8:30pm and join millions across the world.
