Women in STEM

Hello! We are women in STEM. Aiming to empower women studying STEM at Dundee by giving them exciting opportunities to meet life-long friends and develop their professional careers in important ways. We want to create a supportive community that will celebrate and empower our female students!

Our events are a mix of fun socials and opportunities to grow professionally so that our members can feel welcome and thrive in their chosen field. We plan to support members as much as we can, through as many ways as possible. Please note that the society is open to anyone, even if you’re not a woman in STEM you can still come along if you’re studying other subjects and want insight or if you’re not a woman and want to support the cause.
