Community, Creativity, Connectivity. 

The Humanities Society was re-established to improve connections between Humanities subjects, school and students. Since restarting we have created many exciting traditions, such as our annual Ball, Conference, International Trip and weekly socials. 

HumSoc’s Journal and Conference allow you to publish work and gain industry recognition. 

Meanwhile our Gaudie Families connect you to support networks across year-groups and subjects – plus great nights out!

We strive to encourage participation in our community, individuals can contribute to the running of the society, gaining credentials and skills. 

If you are a student of Creative Writing, English, Film, History, Language or Philosophy (or if you have an interest in any of these fields) join the society that gives you support, skill building and social opportunities.
