University Mental Health Day 2017 is here, and DUSA, the ISE and the Enquiry Centre have partnered up to provide a whole host of activities to get involved in.
Grab a copy of DUSA’s new colouring book ‘Dee-Stress’ at the Mental Health Society stall outside DUSA or in the library. The LGBT+ Society are hosting ‘build your own care package’ in Liar Bar. The ISE are holding a free Equilibrium class in the DUSA Meeting Rooms, and the Enquiry Centre are giving away free Fairtrade hot drinks.

The Enquiry centre is getting active for University Mental Health Day by offering free cups of Fairtrade tea and coffee for staff and students on Thurs 2nd March.
With lots of helpful tips, a wellbeing stall and the chance to buy lots of Fairtrade goodies. Come and relax and write your message on the Mental Health message board.
