Description of Role: My main duty is to support the Deputy President in all housing matters and academic appeals. I can also help to direct students to the right service to help them with more general issues.

If you have a problem with your accommodation, ranging from a question about your lease to a faulty boiler, I’m the person to ask.

Some students will find themselves in the position of facing an academic appeal and this can be a terrifying experience. I can support students through appeals but also offering practical guidance on how to write appeal letters and present your case at an appeal hearing.
